Rules for Ordering Greetings

Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Paul Martin
Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Paul Martin will send a congratulatory letter on 25th to 50th wedding anniversaries in five year intervals; 65th and 70th birthdays; and on a 50th wedding anniversary or 75th birthday the Prime Minister will send a special congratulatory certificate.

Requests for the Prime Minister's greetings must be sent at least two months in advance.

Ontario Premier the Hon. Dalton McGuinty
Ontario Premier the Hon. Dalton McGuinty will send a congratulatory certificate to current Ontario residents on 40th wedding anniversarys and any subsequent anniversary; 80th birthdays and any subsequent birthday.

Please note that congratulatory letters will not be issued more than once every five years. Requests for the Premier's greetings must be submitted at least two months in advance.

Member of Provincial Parliament Mario Sergio
Member of Provincial Parliament Mario Sergio will send a certificate to a resident of York West on any birthday, wedding or anniversary or other celebratory occasion.

Please submit your request as early as possible.
